JSU LAW is a virtual firm that is proudly based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our founder and principal lawyer, Joseph Ur, is called to both the Ontario and Nova Scotia bars. While we primarily practice in Ontario and Nova Scotia, we also provide our services to individuals, businesses, lawyers, and law firms throughout Atlantic Canada.

IV - WHERE WE PRACTISE
Litigation Support provides lawyers and law firms with the ability to deepen their bench and resources on a file-by-file basis. JSU LAW is your ‘as‑needed’ co-counsel and your freelance litigator. We are there to work with you when your files need more attention, or when you need a litigator's input and eye.

JSU LAW offers general Legal Services to individuals and businesses in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, with a focus on disputes and general litigation. We will represent you in your civil disputes and lawsuits, and can assist and advise you with your legal drafting, estate planning, and notary needs.

Founded in 2022, JSU LAW is a boutique litigation law firm led by Joseph Ur, who is licensed to practice law in Ontario and Nova Scotia. JSU LAW is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
JSU LAW does litigation. We practise on an alternative law firm model, which balances quality legal work and quality of life. We run a Legal Services practice, which caters to the litigation needs of individuals and businesses in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, and we run a Litigation Support practice, which supports and supplements the work of other lawyers and law firms in Ontario and Atlantic Canada.
